Founded in 1897 as a Bordeaux négociant, the firm of Yvon Mau is not only still a major player in the Cru Classé market, but also a significant producer of more modest fare in the South West of France. The Colombard Chardonnay is a classic Gascogny white, with fresh appley fruit allied to weight and texture from the Chardonnay.
