Highland Heritage Estate
Highland Heritage Estate is located in New South Wales near Orange and farms around 100 hectares of land. Around 20 are planted to Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon, augmented with some grape purchases from neighbouring properties, from which a range of superb value wines are made. Owner and third generation winemaker, Rex dAquino is a Roseworthy graduate and is very proud of his Italian heritage, believing that Žfood and wine must always be thought of together – it is a marriage.
