Gipsy Hill Brewing - Jeroboams

Gipsy Hill Brewing

Gipsy Hill Brewing is located at the bottom of the hill bearing its name, just down the road from Crystal Palace. It all started in 2013 when the two founders, Charlie and Sam, met over a few pints and decided to start a brewery dedicated to making delicious, full-flavoured beer. A unit in Gipsy Hill was leased in 2014, with Simon joining as the tanks started arriving and the hard work really got started. Southpaw was the first beer, with Beatnik launching that September, with 90% of production going into cask. As things grew, more tanks, more people and more beers arrived, with a new taproom opened and a first bar, The Douglad Fir, following. Over the following years, Gipsy Hill Brewing grew and grew, as customers—including Jeroboams—gravitated towards these delicious, high quality beers. The core range now comprises classic and innovative beers, with experimental specials released every month.
