Domaine Long Depaquit

Domaine Long-Depaquit was founded in 1791 and is based in a château in the heart of the village of Chablis. Owned by Maison Bichot from Beaune, there are 65 hectares of vineyard farmed according to environmentally friendly practices. The domaine has nearly 7 hectares of Grand Cru vineyard and oak use is sparing, to preserve the individual character of each wine. The Vaudésirs is a remarkably rich and full wine, with the barest hint of oak flavour and a core of intense steely acidity.
