Domaine Jean-Michel Martin

Jean-Michel graduated in oenology from Dijon in 1989 and started out at the château de Santenay. In 1996, he moved to become the director at the cave at Genouilly and swiftly modernized the cellar practices there. The cave control 100 hectares in the Côte Châlonnais and the rosé is dry and fresh and full of summer fruits.
