Domaine De La Conciergerie

The Adine family have been vignerons hereabouts since the 12th century, but this domaine only came into being in 1974 when Christian and his wife started bottling the fruits of 5 hectares. In the 1990’s Christian and his wife created a domaine in the Languedoc and in 1999, their daughter took over the Chablis property and they settled in the south. Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard purchased Conciergerie in 2006, but Marie-Gaëtane Adine ensures there is family continuity.
