Domaine Boyar

Established in 1991, Domaine Boyar is now co-owned by an American company, a Dutch company and domestic investors. They have one of the most modern wineries not just in Eastern Europe, but in the world, where they produce surprisingly elegant and rich wines which belie their price point. The Chardonnay is lightly oaked and the Cabernet Sauvignon is full and firm.
