Bodega Domingo Molina

This family owned bodega was created by brothers Osvaldo, Gabriel and Rafael, with the help of their parents Palo and Leonor Domingo. There are 100 hectares of vineyards planted between 1600m and 2300m above sea level – some of the highest vineyards in the world. Although not far from the tropics, the altitude leads to huge diurnal temperature variations, giving wines with intense colours and depth, yet also with a remarkable freshness and elegance. The Cabernet is a pure varietal wine from the Yocochuya vineyard, located at 2000m and the rich fruit, combined with 8 months ageing in older French oak barrels and beautiful acidity make this a pleasure at table.
