Azienda Agricola Prendina

Cavalchina has belonged to the Piona family since the early 1900s and La Prendina is one of three estates under their control, located in the South East of the Garda zone, which produces slightly riper and more full bodied wines. Vineyard operations are kept to a minimum and harvesting is all carried out by hand. The Pinot Bianco is very typical of the area, with a subdued nose of cooking apples and blossom. The palate has some weight and spiciness and a creamy texture. This wine was made for the table and would be very at home with a sole and some new potatoes.
