Vigna Traverso

Vigna Traverso was founded as recently as 1998 with the purchase of 45 hectares in the Eastern Friuli. 16 hectares are planted to vineyards, mostly of traditional local varieties. The estate sits on the border with Slovenia, and is owned and run by the Ornella Molon family, who have another family estate in Treviso. The focus is on indigenous varieties.
