Domaine Michel Juillot

Although this domaine has a long history, it really came to the fore under Michel who took over from his father, Louis, in 1963. He increased the size of the domaine six fold in the space of 20 years, so that it now holds 32.5 hectares, two thirds in the Côte Chalonnais and the rest around Aloxe Corton. Since the late 1990s, Laurent has taken over from his father and, whilst maintaining the high standards for which the domaine is famous, he has increased the quantity of wine exported. The Vignes de Maillonge is an elegant yet rich white Burgundy, with ripe citrus fruits and well judged oak influence.
