Chateau Pontet Plaisance

Jean-Claude and Anicette Arnaud are the 4th generation to run this estate, which is located on the sandy soils below St.-Émilion and planted to 70% Merlot and 15% each of Cabernets Sauvignon and Franc. Vinification is traditional, with the wine aged in oak barrel for 12 months.
