The vast majority of Pinot Grigio rosé is made by adding a small percentage of red grapes to the press (as good Champagne rosé is made). This blend has 7% Merlot added, which adds a very pale pink colour and flavours of strawberries to the pear and spice flavours of the Pinot Grigio. Dry and refreshing. (See main entry p54).
