Anne Gros et Jean-Paul Tollot

This small domaine was put together in time for the 2008 harvest by these two famous (and married) Burgundian producers. They purchased several plots in the village of Cazelles in the high northern part of Minervois, where temperatures are far cooler than you would expect, and have built a modern ecologically sound winery in the village. They farm 14 hectares of Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, on a variety of sandstone, limestone and clay soils. Each of the 8 cuvées aims to showcase the terroirs and cepages, whilst displaying elegance rarely encountered in the Languedoc.
