With origins in 1692, Taylor, Fladgate & Yeatman came by its current name in 1938 and is one of the largest houses and to many, the quintessential port. They own three exceptional quintas – Vargellas, Terra Feita and Junco – from which their elegant and long-lived vintage ports come and were also the creators of the Late Bottled Vintage style. Owned by the Fladgate Partnership – the family holding group that also owns Fonseca, Croft and Delaforce – who under CEO Adrian Bridge have become perhaps the world’s leading supplier of premium port.
