Domaine Daniel Etienne Defaix

One of the oldest domaines in Chablis in the family since 1610 and currently run by the 14th generation, there are 28 hectares of vineyards, around half in premier crus and unique in Chablis, Daniel keeps the wines on the lees in tank for very long periods and releases his wines when mature – often more than 10 years after the harvest.
