Cave de l’Ormarine

The Ormarine co-operative are one of the largest producers of Picpoul de Pinet, with 550 hectares under their control, but this is the jewel in their crown, based on fruit from an individual 4 hectare estate overlooking the Étang de Thau. Made from Piquepoul, a very traditional local variety, this wine has a richness and depth allied to a delicious salty tang.
