St.James

Owner Jim Busuttil, who founded Saint James Spirits in 1995, brings with him centuries of family tradition in the wine and spirits business.  The distillery makes a three year old single malt from Peated Highland Scottish Barley, and Mountain Spring Water. Aged in American Bourbon casks.
