Stellar Organics

Stellar is South Africa’s largest Organic farm and is a private company, with 26% of the shares held by the farm workers. There are 160 hectares of organic vineyard spread over 12 properties, with more undergoing conversion and certification. The whole operation is certified Fairtrade.
