Cave de Lugny

One of the most successful co-operatives in France and a significant producer of Crémant de Bourgogne. This cuvée, specially blended for us, is dominated by Chardonnay, backed by a portion of Pinot Noir. Made in the traditional method with a years ageing on the lees, it provides much of the charm that cheap Champagne often fails to, at a far better price. (See main entry p35).
